With its philosophy of “investing in social infrastructure as a source of power for the Japanese economy and supports Japan’s industrial activities from the perspective of real estate,” IIF shares the same sustainability concept with KJR Management (the asset manager) and its parent company, KJRM Holdings (together referred to as KJRM), and is promoting related initiatives. KJRM has established a “Sustainability Policy” and an “Environmental Charter” as its policies regarding sustainability/ESG considerations, and IIF conducts its activities in accordance with these policies established by KJRM.
